Life is hectic. Our minds are full of noise. I find the stillness and quiet of my mind after a good yoga class to be so soothing and healing. Sharing this experience is one of my greatest joys in teaching. But don’t be lulled into thinking my classes are like a nice long seated meditation… I also believe in the many benefits of a challenging yoga practice. Strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance are the fruits your efforts. My passion is getting you there safely, with grace and delight.
